WOW!!! This burger is incredible. As soon as I am done writing this review, I'm going back to have a second, which I NEVER do! I made it exactly like the recipe called for and wouldn't change a thing. The cucumbers were a nice refreshing cold against the heat of the sriracha mayo, the hoisin gave it a nice asian sweet/spice, and the grilled scallions rounded everything out. I can't wait to make this one for friends, it's SO amazing!

My husband made these tonight with ground turkey and swiss cheese. He mixed some hoisin into the meat in addition to brushing it with hoisin while cooking. We also added a little extra siracha to the mayo because we like our food pretty spicy. This was a delicious departure from the everyday burger and we didn't miss the beef a bit!
