This recipe does not work. The dumpling just turn into soup. Do not waste your time.

Yum. I just added a little garlic salt and dried onions to the dough.

Recipe seemed simple enough and I couldn't wait to try it. Unfortunately, my dumplings disintegrated after a few minutes. This recipe needs to be amended with some of the tips other reviewers provided. Wishing I had read them before.

These were really great, cheesy and delicious. I used fresh spinach that I chopped myself, and shredded Parmesan. Make sure you boil the water and then bring it down to a simmer or they will fall apart. The time put in (not a lot in comparison to how fancy this dish looks in the end makes it so worth it. I will definitely be making this again.

You have no idea how good these were. My boyfriend managed to convince me to cook for him, his uncle and grandfather while they were out cleaning his Uncle's house. I served these over hearty sauce and pasta with good crusty homemade garlic bread and they were to die for. All three of them were praising my amazing cooking skills. Which are nonexistent.

Many people complain about how bland these are, and I'm inclined to believe, but I'm also inclined to believe in tasting everything as you cook. So salt and pepper to taste, or adding garlic is a good idea.

Also, making these are a bit like making matzoh balls. Yes, they can fall apart if you're not careful, but the dough should obviously be thick and hold together on it's own. Mine did fall slightly apart, but only slightly as I expected some spinach to fall away. Adding more flour could've fixed this.

Just ok...I added garlic to try and add more flavor, but was disappointed. My husband liked it well enough, my 8 yr old son who eats just about everything I make, gave it a 2 out of 5, and I thought it was more work than it was worth. I doubt I will make it again.

These were very tasty! My only objection is the prep time, it took me almost 30 minutes to roll and prepare all the dumplings.

The dumplings that i spent an hour on fell apart as soon as they hit the water. Do not waste your time on this recipe. I now have a starving family of five and a disgusting spinach soup.

I could not get this recipe to work. The dumplings fell apart in the water. I did not touch them while they were simmering. One of the worst recipes from FN.

These were soooo good. Let them rest awhile or they will fall apart. I also recommend adding seasoning to them. Some garlic powder went a long way. Also season the sauce. yum.
