First time making, I used less Cilantro and it made the sauce less thick. Boyfriend says its excellent and used it on everything on his plate!!!

I thought this dish was very good, the potatoes took a little longer to cook so I put it in the microwave for 2 minutes to finish them off. Also I used my cast iron skillet to cook the pork chops. My husband loved it and replied this was a "keeper".

Pork was good, used 2 thick pork chops broiled for 6 min a side, used seasoning salt instead of reg salt. Sauce was awesome with lemon juice!

This was an "OK" dish... kinda bland, although the chimichurri was very flavorful and bright. We probably won't be making this one again... ;
