    These pork chops were very tasty and tender. Everyone loved them. I've served them for company and they are always a hit. Follow the cooking instructions for grilling exactly so you don't overcook the pork. I also used liquid smoke instead of smoked salt, as I could not find it. Enjoy!

    The pork chop was great, going to use that brine again in the future. The glaze, maybe I did it wrong, but was over powering the flavor of the pork.

    Loved this! I'm not a big pork chop fan, but my husband loves them. Although I couldn't find the special salt, These were incredibly tender and tastey. We loved them. When I find the salt, I'll try them again. They can only get better.

    This was a great recipe. Easy and very good. My husband usually isn't a pork chop fan, but this sounded so good I decided to give it a try. He loved it! Definitely a keeper. The only thing I changed was the smoked salt - couldn't find it at my regular market and was in a rush so just used a touch of liquid smoke. Seemed to work just fine.
