Potato heaven. I used a mix of fingerling and baby potatoes. Great spices and super easy to make.

I make these all the time and use as a base for my potatoes and eggs in the morning. I didn't even know it was a recipe...LOL

What a great potato dish. I served this dish with left over chicken and if turned out great. The spices were just right. Don't like too much India spices. I'll be making this dish over and over for my family.

Potatoes turned out beautiful. Nice crispy texture and golden crust. They go well with Aarti's pea purée. Despite all the spices, they didn't have an incredible amount of flavor. I will add more coriander and thyme the next go around. Great texture, though!

OMG, what a delicious potato treat. Made it for my potato loving friends last night and we devoured all and every piece. No leftovers for my husband, but I am repeating the dish again tonight for the two of us. THANK YOU Aarti!

OMG !!! I love Aarti and all her recipes! I can't wait to make the lamb chops. I had potatos and steak and used the same marinade for the staek and it was great! After seeing this i changed my whole dinner party recipe for last night and I am so glad I did. I love you Aarti!!
