Delicious! The teenage boys nearly licked the dish clean. Made with lamb, but would also be good with chicken or pork. Definitely added to the dinnertime repertoire!

I made the three dishes for Easter dinner and although the peas and potatoes were very good, the lamb was the star of the meal. Left overs will be good in a wrap!

WOW is all I can say. I made this recipe and marinated it for 24 hours and then cooked them on the grill. My fiancee loved it and this is the best lamb i've ever had! Thank you for such a wonderful recipe!

Yep, the marinade does cook down in the pan to a nasty residual which is why I can't give it 5 stars. I too will bake on foil next time. Besides overcooking, they came out really well and were very moist and flavorful. I had a Greek for Easter dinner and he said they were pretty good. No one else would eat them except me and I don't like lamb either, but they were good...ish. Hate, hate, hate the smell of lamb cooking, but the house didn't stink up at all...maybe it was the marinade? The flavors were perfect, but I could have used a bit more spice too. Might try this marinade with pork...maybe tonight! Yes. Tonight.

Very tender, flavorful lamb. I marinated overnight, cooked for 30mins (med-well & served with a moroccan carrot salad. Easy to make & delicious. The marinade really helps tenderize the lamb. I didn't find mine very spicy at all, next time I'd add more chili. I'm annoyed that the marinade completely wrecked my cooking dish though, I can't get it off at all, it's ruined.

This recipe was fabulous! I have not cooked with lots of lamb before, but ended up with an entire lamb in my freezer. This is now our favorite lamb chop recipe. Served it with mashed potatos. I added 1 tsp. of the hot sauce, probably will add more next time. I might even make a double batch of the marinading sauce. We ate it on top of the potatos too. Delicious and all gone. Yum!

Tasty. Easy. All done ahead. My favorite combination. Served these with leftover mashed potatoes and Aarti's Massaged Kale Salad. Marinated the night before, so I just had to throw them in the oven and set the table. Oh, and open the wine, of course. One suggestion: the marinade cooks on the pan at the edges and it's a royal pain to clean off... Next time I will line my pan with foil to avoid that hassle. This is a great recipe.

I made the whole meal and it was excellent! I marinated the lamb chops for almost 24 hours and love that all I had to do was pop them in the oven while I worked on the rest of the meal! Easy, yummy and definitely worth trying! I'll be making this again!
