I will make this recipe again, but add a little more saracha. With the recipe as is, it doesn't come out spicy. Also, I don't have a spice grinder, so I ran the toasted spices through a disposable, empty pepper mill. This didn't get the spices into a powder, as called for in the recipe, but I didn't notice the course spice texture in the dish so it works as a good sub if you don't have a spice grinder. One other thing: I made the mango chutney mayo that she makes with this dish on the show. It was good. I think next time, though, I will try it with Greek yogurt. Great recipe overall. I have added this to my go-to recipes.

I saw this yesterday and changed my dinner party menu! I had some 1&1/2 inch thick T-bones and cut them in forths and then treated them like the lamb. So good! I made the potatos too!!! Yum Yum! I love Aarti!

great and easy recipe, however dont see the need for the oil, reduce a lot or omit, it left a bit of a mess in the pan

Meat and potatoes done the international way-A nice chage up, from the norm. Also, colorful ingrediants that are missing from my kitchen.
