    Fabulous taste to the chicken. I will keep this poaching recipe. Sauce was way too heavy with lemon and wine taste. But, if you cut back on those items it may have too little taste. I won't make this recipe again but I definitely will make the poached chicken again. Rachael raved about this whole meal and it looked so good, but it was very disappointing. I am wondering if there were mistakes in the printed version of both of the recipes from this episode because neither were very good and Rachael usually nails them.

    Great recipe very lemony, we like that but may not be for everyone. I didn't use the cream and it still looked and tasted good.

    Very easy to put together and both my husband and I liked it. The added bonus was the chicken stock that went in the freezer for future use. Will make this again!

    Well, we liked it! It was there for you to make and enhance to your own taste. We will make it again, however more gravy....you know how we like our gravy. Today's weather was quite cool for Spring and this was nice. I do think fresh spring produce could be a enhancement. As often as you can use the best ingredients that's available.

    I made this after watching Rachael make it, but sorry to announce we are disappointed. It turned out very lemony but too bland. Maybe it was the lack of salt & pepper? I don't know, but my son hated it & my husband was looking for something else to eat. I threw away what was left & I won't be making this one again.
