Delicious!! I substituted pancetta with thick sliced bacon. It may have altered the taste somewhat but the wife loved it. This was served with Crispy Skin Salmon. And really, isn't that what counts?

Yes the pasta was wonderful(as are all her recipes but my 5 star rating is for Claire herself!HER FOOD IS ALWAYS WONDERFUL!No mistakes in the recipes, cooking times are accurate and they always taste great. She manages to put out amazing recipes with only 5 ingredients!I can't even imagine what she could do if she was not bound by the 5 ingredient rule! You rock Claire.

Loved this recipe with the Crispy Skin Salmon. Bacon could be substituted for the pancetta and it would still be delicious.

This is pretty good. First time watching a show, making the recipe and rating it all in one day. No need, as she said on the show, to cook the pancetta in oil. In fact so much oil rendered out that I discarded half of it before sauteeing the garlic. Also pancetta takes more than 3-4 minutes to crisp.I added the marinade to the pan while cooking the garlic, as she did on the show.No need for more olive oil at the end. I used some (~1/2 tsp dried basil coooked with the garlic and marinade since I had no basil oil.
