Excellant!!! The sauce did not make enough so I ended up expirameting a bit. I added a bit of cold water, lemon juice, I ran out of white sugar so I used brown and honey and cider vinegar... Make to taste, you can't screw it up!!!! Oh yeah and cheddar crumbles if you dont like the other cheese.

I LOVE this salad! I think this is a great combination of sweet and savory...for some it might be too sweet. If you're not a fan of sweet dressings, I think it could also be good with a balsamic vinaigrette.

This dressing is the best. I followed it accurately, just added a little more oil. If you let it sit overnight, the flavor is even better. I am making another large batch to store, per husband request

Mmmmm Mmmmm Good!!! This is a "GREAT" summer salad!! I did alter the recipe a little bit! I used pecans instead of almonds and dried cranberries for crunchy and chewy!!! Awesome!!

    Yummy! Love it!
I used Balsamic vinegar instead of white wine vinegar.

Yummmmm. This has become one of my very favorite salads. More punch than a creamy dressing, but no extra fat.

What a fantastic idea to make the dressing to include the puree of strawberries! Loved this one.

I thought the dressing was amazing, very bright and fresh and easy to tweak as needed to taste. There is a lot you can do with this recipe. I served it along side Sunny Anderson's Corny Mango Salmon for a fruit centered summer meal. My husband was very pleasantly surprised by the flavor combinations and he loved the crispy skin on the salmon.

I searched for a recipe with these ingredients simply because I had some fresh spinach, local goat cheese, and strawberries on hand. I did not see the episode when it aired on TV. The salad was okay (I think my partner liked it better than I did. I followed the recipe precisely, but if I make it again I will dress the spinach leaves only with the strawberry vinaigrette and then add the berries, almonds, and goat cheese on top. I added the dressing on top of everything and tossed it lightly, and it made for a sloppy-looking presentation. In addition, I'd salt the spinach leaves after they've been dressed. I did add a pinch of salt to the dressing, but it wasn't enough.
