If you have to use 1 container of Nutella consider replacing it with a home made spread described at whealthysolutions dot com what-is-in-our-beloved-nutella-2

This recipe is amazing - a hit every time I make it (at least 4 times now! My only modification is that I omitted the alcohol - just becuase I didn't have it...but it is still wonderful!!!

O M G! This is my reaction and the reaction of many of my guests upon the first bite! I did use 7 eggs and 1.5 cups of milk as others have suggested. Otherwise, I didn't change a thing. This bread pudding is to die for!

Oh My Goodness this was A.MAZ.ING! I've never had anything like it before. It was so delicious! My only gripe is it's expensive to make if you don't have all the ingredients, but it is sooooo worth it!

This was amazing and pretty easy to make. I followed the advice to cut the milk and eggs (7 eggs and 1 1/2 cups milk and it turned out perfectly! I didn't have the right liquor so I used chocolate Godiva.

I made a tweak that I highly recommend. My husband LOVES caramel, so I substituted the nutella for caramel sauce/spread, and then whiskey (or you could use rum for the liquor. And I omitted the almond extra. WOW. Seriously one of the most decadent deserts but super good!

I've never had bread pudding before and I am in no way disappointed! I used a lot more nutella on the bread than just making sandwiches, and I think it makes the final result more rich and decadent. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly and even had to change to a bigger bowl to fit all the cream mixture (I ended up in a giant pumpkin dish we use for Halloween. I felt like I was wisking in a cauldron!. I will absolutely make this dessert again and again!

Call me a Southern gal, 'cause bread pudding is the ultimate. This is a great dessert and an even better breakfast! Slice it when cold and toast lightly in a fry pan.....dynamite!

After reading through the reviews I saw some ppl found it was way too much liquid so I trimmed it back and it came out perfect!!! Use only 7 eggs and 1 1/2c heavy cream and 1 1/2 c milk, maybe 1/4 c LESS OF EACH if you like it on the drier side. Also, after 50 mins it's gonna still look wet but it's the bananas, don't overcook it. It was fantastic!!! All my friends were raving about it.

Made this for work and even those that claimed not to like bread puddings tried it and liked it. I loved it. Would like to try it in individual portions next time. Perfect balance of flavors.
