I really like this recipe. It reminds me of fair food. I didn't make the dipping sauce, and for the hush puppies I used the leftover sweet potatoes from my sweet potato casserole that we had on Easter. I also omitted the bacon and onions. I would recommend this recipe. Even my kids loved it.

First time cooking Hush Puppies and it was tasty and easy to make. My family loved it. I did not have bacon but they still taste great. The recipe is a keeper.
