Made this for me and my friend. Turned out fantastic! If you don't have a food processor, you can use a blender but just know it wont be very chunky. But it all depends on how long and well you pulse it.

A great version of guacamole- just be careful not to put in too much lemon and salt! Just start with less and add by taste!

I had a craving for guacamole and this hit the spot! I used a whole serrano sans the seeds instead of half a pepper like the recipe called for and there wasn't any heat. I think next time I'll use 2 peppers for more heat. I didn't measure the lemon or salt precisely but it turned out great regardless.

Absolutely delicious! I used serano pepper, and only half the lemon called for and added one small lime. I also mashed the avocado a bit. A HUGE hit at my party, everyone loved it and there was absolutely none left!

This recipe is simple and delicious. I did not use the pepper and it was still great. Way to go, eva!!
