Delicious! My family absolutely loved this dish. I used about 1/2 the cheese and it was still really tasty.

This is a great meal. I used egg beaters instead of eggs to cut down the fat and cholesterol and you wouldn't know the difference. I will make this again for sure!

I was pretty skeptical about this recipe, but we actually really enjoyed it! A great, out-of-the-ordinary frittata.
