I found it a little dry, next time I won't cook it on such a high heat or for as long.I think I might add some ranch dressing or sour cream to the dish.

For those, like me, who don't like blue cheese, just pour some good ranch dressing over the top.....the thicker jarred style works best........it's what we do here in BUFFALO New York......home of the Chicken Wing! The coolness of the ranch is a great foil to the spicy heat of the Franks. Delicious/easy/quick! Thanks Claire.......you always have great recipes!

Love the recipe. A friend uses a few squirts of blue cheese dressing and serves it in a crock pot with scoops chips.

Ok! I had cooked shrimp, immitation lobster and water chesnuts. I really wanted to make this so I did sans chicken. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! So delicious. I chopped up all the pre cooked fish and having no hot sauce I used Wallmarts Fresh coctail sauce (ROSAS foud in the seafood section. It is so HOT so use to taste. Well I used it for small party and GONE in ten minutes. I served with bagel thins and celery. I know it is different from the recipe but it is what inspired me to use what I had on hand. Later I made the chicken which was fantastic but love the seafood version.

I make this as often as possible. I use celery seed, and poach my chicken. I also use shredded cheese in and on top. I love, love, love this recipe.
