We didn't think they were that great. Very difficult to get the coating to stick to the outside of the jalapena pepper. Stuffing was bland. I dr'd it with salt and pepper and a little North Carolina vinegar bbq sauce. I usually make my own pulled pork but didn't have any so I bought Curley's pulled pork. Now that is really bland! I will try this again with pepper jack cheese and my own pulled pork and I think these could be really good. I have to figure out how to get the coating to stick. Maybe ruff up the outside of the jalapena pepper so it will stick? My home made bbq sauce is what really it flavor!
