My grandsons (11 and 12 and I liked this recipe very much. My pineapple was frozen and it was very sweet. The bananas were also very ripe. We will be using this recipe this summer and many summers afterwards. I think I will hide some ground flax seed in the recipe next time for an extra nutritional boost.

This is good as is however I had to doctor it a bit. I added 1/4 cup pineapple juice, 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes, and a splash of cherry juice. Muy bueno!

I am saying this to not hurt your feelings but your drink does not taste the way it should be. But my husband and my son likes it and says that it tasted like a banana smoothie. My daughter does not like it very well.

Delicious! I used 1 can pineapple rings in juice, half drained, 2 bananas and 1 can unsweetened coconut milk with a drizzle of honey.
