    I was so excited to try this recipe. Unfortunately it wasn't a success for me. I used instant polenta instead because it's the only thing I could find where I was shopping at (Trader Joes. My polenta wouldn't really stick on the chicken and ended up on the bottom of the frying pan instead =( Also, the salt mixture was confusing and my chicken became too salty. Loved the smell while cooking. I will give it another try with the cornmeal and see how that goes.

    SO SO GOOD! I used cornmeal instead of polenta. turned out very flavorful. Everyone in the family loved it and i will DEFINITELY be making this again and agin.

    Okay so I watched the show in which she made this recipe so I knew to only sprinkle a little of the rosemary lemon salt. The rest of the salt is for leftovers or other recipes. That being said, I found this recipe mediocre. The polenta gave it a weird texture and it wasn't very flavorful, kind of bland in fact. I don't regret making it, but I won't be making it again.

    I am a HUGE Giada fan and love all of her recipes I have tried - except this one! I am sooooo disappointed with the flavor and dryness of this dish. I don't know if it would have made a difference to use corn meal instead of instant polenta but this dish was incredibly dry and needed some dipping sauce in my opinion - and I'm sad to say that because I really thought the ingredients sounded delicious when I read this recipe!
