Very good fries, I sprinkled Kosher salt on the fries during the cooking process and think they helped infuse the flavor. Would make again, and the presentation was wonderful.

easy but not worth the trouble as the taste was somewhat bland. I was worried that the cilantro would be overpowering but it was just the opposite. Maybe I did something wrong but I added the entire bunch I purchased from the grocery store instead of just a portion of it. I processed it with the garlic and sprinkled the fries with salt and pepper and the olive oil. I watched the show and it looked so good. It was fun to see Spike again on another show and the two of them had some fun flirting going on and I just couldn't resist trying it. Marcela doesn't specify if she uses regular olive oil or extra virgin olive oil so I used a combo of both but it just didn't wow us!! THANKS FOR SHARING AND I CAN'T WAIT TO TRY THE PORK & PINEAPPLE BURGERS THEY LOOKED AWESOME

WOW! These fries are sooo good! Really easy to make. I was surprised that the flavors were subtle, but still super tasty.
