    delish and easy. love the sauce. modifications: eliminated scallions, parsley, zest. Also, only used 1/3 lemon for 4 drumsticks instead of 1 lemon - glad I did - would've been too lemon-y otherwise

    Rachael never ceases to amaze my Grandmother and I with her recipes. They are quick and easy and with my schedule PERFECT. This one was as Guy puts it, "winner winner chicken dinner". I live on lemons, from lemon water all day every day to this latest recipe. Thank you Rachael!

    Fantastic! Wonderful lemon flavor. Easy and can be versatile using any part of the chicken. Sauce was good over rice, and I'm sure it would be just as good over pasta. Hubby gave it 10 stars! Definitely will made again and again in my kitchen!! Thanks Rachael for another HIT!!

    This chicken was very good. We only had thighs, but they came out delicious! I will try using the sauce for a pasta dish also and will try making it with chicken breasts :
