My boyfriend is going to love this. I made two to taste test them, and they were amazing! They were crunchy and super flavorful. The meat would be optional though, in my eyes, because it was a great addition but not completely necessary to make a great cheese stick. Thank you so much Guy! I've never met one your recipes I didn't like.

These are awsesome! I've made them about 10 times in the last month or so and they are always a hit. I cut the cheese sticks in half and use wonton wrappers, YUM! I make without the meat often too. It usually takes about 1/2 of the bread crumb/Panko misture, so start with less so you don't waste! Yea Guy!
