This is SO good! It's easy to make and is so decadent. It turned out as good as any restaurant dessert. I'm making this again soon!

This is a chocoholics dream. Turned out perfect and so delicious. I used semi sweet chocolate. It's so easy. If you don't have a blow torch, put them on a sheet pan under the broiler in the oven. Works great. Just watch them, because the sugar burns fast! My family loved it. Will be making this again for sure.

I made it to bring to a dinner party, we forgot the brulee torch, but it still tasted great! And I got many compliments. I added whipped cream on top instead of the brulee.

Wonderfully simple & quick. I also used semisweet chocolate first time and it was fantastic. Topped it with sliced strawberries before serving. Am going to try milk chocolate soon but will be making it today for guests with semisweet. Highly recommended!

I made this recipe twice. The first time I followed it pretty much to the letter, used semi-sweet chocolate. I'd say it's perfect for the serious darker chocolate lover. It's seriously chocolatey. The second time I cut back on the amount of chocolate I put in, doubled the sugar to 1/2 cup and steeped the cream with a cinnamon stick. It also turned out great that way, too. I'd definitely make it again!
