Great marinade that doesn't mask the taste of the fish, but I would add a kaffir lime to the marinade give it more of a Thai flare to it. I served it with sautéed spinach and it was yum!!

I usually love recipes from Sunny, but this was not something that I enjoyed. I'm also usually a fan of anything with coconut but this was SO bland. I even read the reviews before and was extra careful about making sure I seasoned properly.

Ok maybe I did something wrong but this was VERY bland for me. I marinated it for longer than the 20 minutes too. It tasted under salted and pretty much like nothing. The jalapeños didn't add any spice or flavor either. I won't be making this again.

Very easy dish and the flavor is good, but a bit on the bland side. I am tempted to give it 3 stars, but as I think about it - cod can be bland so what was I expecting :?

I was probably expecting it to be more "coconutie" or a bit sweeter. I will likely make it again, but I will need to do something to spice it up a notch. Also, the color is very "white." The white fish and the white sauce on a white plate sore of makes this a camo dish. I am thinking a bit of saffron or curry in the reduced sauce woiuld add some color and if not overdone will not change the flavor too much. Besides - both of those spices might be good. I served it with a sauteeed spinich salad, so at least there was some color on the plate.

Very tasty. A good, but simple recipe for Cod. I used it for Flounder too. Both were tasty. I give it a 5 because the marinade does not take long and you get plenty of flavor. Prep is very easy when entertaining as well.

Easy recipe. I made a lot of it so the next day I made some cole slaw and combined with some fried banana and the leftover cod to make tacos. Yummmmm.
