    This dish was so simple to prepare and was delicious. I only did the chicken, not the rice, but mine turned out perfect and all my dinner guests loved it!! thanks Sandra

    The chicken was delicious but the rice was disastrous.. I don't think this recipe specifies how to and what to do in each step... It could use some editing... highly disappointed!

    I was drawn to this recipe because I eat healthy. Unfortunately, the rice was a disaster - the flavor was okay but Rice a Roni is never something that turns out well. The chicken was extremely bland - I tasted no flavor from the onions or the flavor pack. I could have baked chicken with 10% of the mess and had the same results. The pepper sauce was awful to say the least. I ended up trashing the rice, scraping off the red pepper sauce, and substituting BBQ sauce to add some type of flavor to the chicken. Way too much time and effort for a flavorless meal.

    This dish was absolutely delicious. Made it for dinner a couple of nights ago and my husband loved it! He isn't a big chicken fan but the seasonings in the poaching liquid and the roasted red pepper sauce went great together. I'm adding this recipe to my repertoire : by the way, the lemony rice that goes w/this recipe is also very good, such a great combo.

    This was very good, the roasted red pepper sauce was delicious. I made the mistake of over-doing my chicken, the water started boiling too hard and rather than cooking it in a slow simmer I ended up cooking it too fast in boiling water. That was my mistake though, everything else was great!
