    Delicious! Grilled the eggplant and zucchini ahead of time, but otherwise followed the recipe. The "sauce" would be great with fish, too. Trying it again tonight with chicken.

    Sooo good. It is easy to make but does require a bit of work--setting items aside and returning them to the pan. I will definitely make this again.

    This is a great recipe. I used chicken instead of turkey and it came out fine. Wonderful falvors and very easy

    Wonderful flavor- quick and easy! I didn't have white wine so I used red and it still turned out great!
