Just made it today & had it for dinner -- MMmmm. Excellent! The only thing I did differently, was to triple the zucchini and added extra poblanos, as I wanted more veggies. It turned out very delicious. The fresh corn sauce is key, as another reviewer stated, and having such a loose sauce isn't a problem; as Marcela mentioned, the no-bake noodles soak it up. The extra veggies didn't affect the sauce/noodles at all! In fact it is so satisfying, you don't miss the meat at all. What a deliciously different spin on a classic meal. Thank you for another winner, Marcela!

Yummy! I'm not exactly an experienced cook, but found this pretty easy. The hardest part for me was peeling the peppers. I've never done that before.
Everyone in the family enjoyed it, and my son went back for a third plate!

OMG! That is the best lasagna we've ever eaten. Friends are coming over in a couple of days and I am going to serve the leftovers. The only change that I made was adding alot more cheese on the top. The flavors work beautifully together. I love your recipes. My husband has told me several times that dinner was wonderful.

This recipe was wonderful and very tasty, I loved it. It was full of flavor. Next time I make it, which will be soon I will be doubling the sauce it was that good. The only addition I made was to add a minced jalapeno pepper to the cream and corn sauce. It gave a little kick and really upped the flavor.

OK, call me crazy, but recipe says to use 1/4 of corn mixture on bottom and then what do you do with the rest? Assume put on top of each layer. Also, on the very top, same thing?...veggies, cheese, corn?

The recipe was great, even though I cut back on the chile and the zucchini. I will not do that again with future preparations. The preparation time caught me short - a lot of prep time with the charring of the chiles and working the fresh corn off the cobs, but well worth it. Marcela has a great show. I don't miss a show with my DVR!
