Loved this and so did my husband. I used 1 1/2 cups of half and half (the store was out of heavy cream and I added 1/2 c cottage cheese to the blender just before blending. The consistancy was moist and held together nicely when cut into squares. Definitely making this again!

Really flavorful, especially the cream corn sauce, but very rich too. Still, I'd say it was worth all those calories that are packed in that dish. I'd definitely make it again.

It was ok. The corn cream was delicious, but the rest of the dish didn't mesh so well. I think it needed more cheese, and if I were to do again, I wouldn't use the no-boil noodles. I took the advise from the review by drivera28_6358260 and used the ahaheim green chiles; that was an easy substitute. The recipe looked so delicious! I'd be curious what I would need to do differently to make it a success.

Pretty good. I thought there was too much contrast between the sweet (corn and spicy peppers

So Good!!!! I needed a bit more sauce for a full 9 by 13 pan. I added mushrooms and substituted anaheim green chili's ( roasted and skin removed.

I must have done something wrong. I was so looking forward to this dish. I didn't like it. I may try it again one more time to see if it turns out differently.
