Totally awesome & so easy! I couldn't find Maria crackers. Maria crackers, "comparable to English Tea Biscuits" she said, would not have a strong graham cracker flavor, so I used vanilla wafers. I dipped one in it like she did on the show. I couldn't wait for it to get done! Try it. You won't be disappointed.

Viva la lime deliciousness! I saw this episode today and couldn't wait to try it. No Maria crackers on hand? No problem....make it into a pie with a storebought graham cracker crust. I used the ingredients as instructed but also added 3 oz. of softened cream cheese to the blend to make it set up a little thicker. Just pour it into the crust and garnish with zest and lime slices. The hardest part is waiting for it to chill. Makes your mouth water just to imagine it and tasting is even better. Thanks Marcela!
