Quick and easy! The butter is amazing, and even though it adds some extra fat, etc, it's worth it. I made a lemon juice, thyme, and rosemary compound butter, and added less than a Tbs. to two fillets of lake trout. Another great, simple recipe!

I'm so happy I'm the first to rate this recipe because.......it is great. That compound butter is so tasty, I sauteed my trout in it with a little more regular butter, then placed some on top after it was done, squeezed a little more lemon on the fish. This was such a quick and easy dinner with some buttered rice and a salad....VERY GOOD!!!
