Good dish which I turned into a main course. I had leftover pork roast and added that in at the last moment, just to heat up, and had a one pot meal. I think this would work nicely also with a hearty turkey sausage. I agree with other reviewers that the jalopeno and sweet potato married perfectly.

Made this yesterday as a breakfast side dish, along w/ Sunny's cheesy scrambled eggs. LOVED IT and so did my friend. I decided to leave the skin on the sweet potatoes, but I wouldn't do that next time as the skin burned a bit. I also added 1 additional piece of bacon (4 pieces instead of 3 and I might even add a little more next time to really get that bacon flavor going move throughout it. But the jalapeno was a perfect element and the caramelization of the whole dish was perfect. Will definitely make this again-- may even use it as a Thanksgiving side!

Outrageously good! I served this with smoked chicken-apple sausages and sweet-sour red cabbage for a great fall supper. A Lakefront Brewery Pumpkin Lager completed the meal.

So I've been trying to get my husband to eat sweet potatoes, since they're so nutritious, and made this recipe for breakfast. It's a winner ! Because he has to watch cholesterol, I fried up the bacon first and removed most of the bacon fat and kept some of the crisp bacon which I added at the end (the doggies got the rest :. I used 4 Tb. olive oil and one large sweet potato. It took about 15 minutes to cook. Thanks, Sunny !

I absolutely love this recipe! The first time my girlfriend made this for me I knew I was in love. Since then I've been introducing this recipe to all my friends and family. It has just the right amount of heat and it's healthy because it uses sweet potatoes. I omitted the bacon for health reasons but it still turned out wonderful!

Sunny really knows how to nuance flavors in some unexpected ways. I really do not like sweet potatoes, but my boyfriend and I really enjoyed this dish. I will be making this again and again. Thanks Sunny!!

Wow! We made the show (cooked all the recipes and could not get enough of the Sweet Potato Hash! Invited a relative who (fortunately for us could not make it. We ate it all...and will certainly make it again, and again. It seems like an unlikely combo of ingredients, but it works the task buds...Sunny has a knack for that. I figured that when I tried her Tangy Tater Salad...it will become a staple (as the Tangy Tater Salad has. Please, give this one a try!

Very tasty! Love the flavor combination. I wouldn't have thought to pair sweet potatoes and jalapeno. I usually serve this as a side dish with Cajun Turkey burgers.

This recipe has been classified as comfort food by my family. I followed it to the letter with the exception of the pickled jalapeno. I did not have any pickled jalapenos so I used a fresh jalapeno with a splash of cider vinegar. They were better the next day! I will definitely make it again and again!
