    Will make this again- enjoyed the flavors. We ate as entree with side salads. The fresh beet is perfect! Did bake in oven at 400 for 8 min. and then 425 for 2 min.--- too hot outside to grill.

    We opted to make one pizza rather than pizettes. Our beets need to be a little thinner next time but there will be a next time - the flavors were wonderful.
