    very good recipe. I thought the Tzatziki was too strong in garlic by itself, but complements the lamb beautifully...because my family is not a big fan of radish, I used cucumber instead.

    I did the lamb recipe. In my opinion, the recipe use too much wine. I didn't prepared the Radish Tzatziki since its very difficult to get Greek Yogurt in Puerto Rico. For me the resulting taste was average.

    The Radish Tzatziki is amazing. I didn't want to spend the money for lamb so I opted for a pork sirloin roast. Didn't have a rotisserie so I just used indirect heat on my gas grill at about 350 degrees for 2 hours and it turned out great. The tzatziki made the gyro, great flavor all around. Will definitely make again.
