Great recipes. I've watched Sunny's show and never quite had the opportunity to try her recipes. I have to say I didn't have all the ingredients- no horseradish or beef stock- I used chicken stock and omitted the horseradish. Also used 2% milk instead of cream for the sauce. I really liked the lime addition to the marinade- it was flavorful- and the mushroom sauce, came together quickly and was delicious. It really complemented the steak. I think her instructions assumed a grill would be used, but I put it in the broiler on 450 - 6 minutes each side - almost 2 pounds of steak - could have been cooked a minute or two longer on each side- but that's me and a good excuse to try it again. Thanks Sunny!
