AMAZING! Best dish I have had in a long time. My husband exchanged the whole wheat Spaghetti with Veggie Pasta (Barilla Penne, and used Marscapone in place of the Creme Freiche. I would give this 10 stars if I could.

Absolutely love all the flavors in this dish. I halved the recipe, knowing how much a pound of pasta will make. Also, I used my food processor to chop the brussel sprouts, mushrooms, onions and garlic (all separately, except did the onion and garlic together.. This definitely helps blend all the flavors together nicely. And getting the right amount of salt will bring out all the flavors.

This made about 10-12 servings for me and unfortunately was too bland. The brussels sprouts were too bitter also, but in a small serving, I enjoyed it for something light.

I had this at a friend's and she followed the recipe exactly. It was utterly divine! Such a delicate but complex flavor combination. Everyone loved it. She had made it before and wanted to share it with me. Everyone wanted to have more.... Really worth trying: it is not a loud, spicy or wild flavor thing but the almonds, the lemon and the veggies combine for a symphony of incredible flavor!

I switched out creme fraiche for marscapone because I don't like creme fraiche. And swapped asiago for parmesan. This is o.k, slightly boring, & it could do with something more, perhaps some chili for a bit of a kick, or some crunchy bell peppers?

Tried this and we loved it. I had to change a couple of items as I didn't have mushrooms or cremefresh. I used bacon and plan greek yogurt. I also used Asiago cheese as I didn't have Romano. It was great and they want to have it again. definitely at 5 star meal!
