Excellent! Both my 4 year old and 2 year old wanted to drink up the "juice" with straws because they wanted to have every last drop. The vinegar cut the sharpness o the red onion and it was just terrific. My 4 year old would like this "every day". (Dad drank up every last drop too. An absolute dream recipe!

I'm not going to go into too much detail here, but this recipe is simply excellent. If you are worrying about the red onion being too strong, don't be, the vinegar mellows it out. Absolutely a must try recipe.

Great recipe. Easy too! Followed it to a T and it was a great lunch on a hot summer day. Paired it with a chilled carrot leek soup for a soup and salad sort of lunch.

So good, and really easy. I used basil instead of oregano because I've got a ton growing in my garden. This recipe is great for a light summer dinner too.

The garlic really makes this salad. I cut the red onion by half for my own taste and the rest was so flavorful.
