Overall I like this soup. Like others, I blended with an stick blender. Also, found it spicy (fine but otherwise bland. I LOVE Greek yogurt and put in plenty of that. Added a sprinkle of cinnamon and 1T of honey which added another level of taste. I'll certainly make it again. I also like another comment about adding white beans and might try that as well as using all chicken stock instead of chicken stock and water.

This soup was delicious and so easy to make! I was afraid to add the yogurt because I didn't know what that would taste like, so I added it to a little bowl of soup first. It made the soup! When I added the yogurt to the rest of the pot, I cut down a bit and added it to my taste. This is now one of my favorite soups. Very healthy too! For non yogurt lovers, you can use heavy whipping cream, that is what I was going to do, but decided to try the yogurt first. Glad I did. On the show, Melissa added half chicken stock and half water, but the recipe only calls for stock. I did both water and chicken stock like she did on the show and it turned out very good. Thanks, Melissa!

I made this soup yesterday. It was a kind of spicy and yogurt was a kind of strong. I will make this again but I will omit yogurt and put just 1/2 to 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes. Then I will serve this as a hot soup.

My father HATES cauliflower and he never knew it was in there and loved the soup. A very different flavor to mix up my veggies. So cheap too.

I enjoy serving this soup. I have served it hot and cold and people have liked its layers of flavor. We do better with just 1/2 teaspoon of redpepper flakes and I do not add the yogart but put a dolip on the top as garnish. I have shared this with many people.

I have a very unpicky family. We love Melissa's recipes usually. We eat tons of vegetables and my family usually gobbles dinner up. They all groaned about this. I thought it was not bad...not great though. My kids wouldn't eat more then a taste or two.

This was a great way to use up the 1/2 head cauliflower I had in my fridge. It was super simple to make. I used vegetable broth instead of chicken, only 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes and added a cinnamon stick to the pot to add some extra flavor. After blending, I added soy milk instead of yogurt since I have a dairy intolerance. It needed a little something extra so I added about a tablespoon of agave syrup to add a touch of sweetness. I know this is supposed to be a cold soup but we ate it hot and it was delicious. *Edited to Add* I've made this a few times now and this most recent time I added a 15oz can of drained and rinsed white beans to the mixture right before blending. It added more heartiness to the soup and some protein and fiber to make it a whole meal instead of a starter.

Great flavor, satisfying and easy to make. Used greek yogurt and it came out rich and creamy, cool and yet warm from the spices. Very nice!
