Super delicious! I omitted the mint, added more lemon zest than recommended, and fresh grated parmaesan cheese and garnished with parsley, really really good!

This was yummy and easy. I did not have any mint, so used oregano--still delicious. I would have liked more lemon, but only had one in the house. Still a great side. :

Very flavorful. Added about a tbsp fresh minced mint at the end instead of dried. Would make again.

I sauteed shrimp and a package of spinach and added them to the orzo after it was cooked, and topped with mozzarella cheese. Not a big mint fan so I left that out. It was light and delicious.

I left the mint out all together and added a small bag of prewashed spinach the last few minutes of cooking so it could wilt down good. It gave it a good body and extra vitamins. Very filling with grilled shrimp. Delicious meal! Thanks Food Network!

Delicious. I made a few changes though. I put in a large sprig of Fresh mint (instead of driedand removed it after cooking. I used the zest of the entire lemon. I added the juice of a whole lemon. I added 1 tsp of dried dill. When finished, I mixed it with an equal amount of cooked brown rice to make a Brown Rice Lemon Orzo dish. It was lemony, hearty wonderful!!! Sliced or slivered almonds would also be good in this dish. CR
