    Thanks Arti...I have always wanted to know how to do this. I have bought frozen paneer before and it is not quite the same!

    We made the recipe exactly as noted. Used organic milk. It came out just like it did on the show. Since I've never tasted paneer before I cannot say whether or not it tastes right but as far as turning out properly, it did. We love Aarti and have made so many of her recipes. Big question - what can you use the leftover whey for? I am sure it can be used for something rather than pouring it down the sink.
