    This is absolutely delicious! It was great with the burrito bowls but can stand alone as a salsa for tortilla chips or by the spoonful.

    I'm making the entire meal. I tasted the Pico de Gallo and it's delicious and the pork shoulder is still cooking in the slow cooker, doing it's thing smelling amazing. My rice is cooking, everything is coming along wonderfully. I'm sure my family will enjoy the meal! Melissa you've given me another treasure to add to my recipe selection.

    Very tasty. Very easy to make as well. Took me about 10 minutes and made a huge bowlful. Surprised at how good it was and how easy it was to make. Not sure why I've been buying the tiny yet super expensive tubs from the deli. Got about 5x as much as those tubs yet at the same price. Awesome!
