The taste was outstanding, my husband loved it. The thing is I was cooking Tilapia for dinner when I turned on the show, well I am so glad I did. You got to try that recipe.....Thanks so much, by the way I picked up Pear nectar instead of the Mango I used it anyway and let me tell you the two made the sauce really tasty.

This was easy peasy to make and really tasty! I omitted the molasses and mango juice to lesson the sugar.

This was really easy and really good! I doubled the recipe because the two tilapias I bought were huge! I served it with some brown rice. I will definitely make this again!

We enjoyed the tilapia with the mango sauce. I followed the recipe as presented, otherwise, I wouldn't know if I liked it or not. If a recipe doesn't meet with my families taste, then I make any adjustments to the recipe the second time I make it. I wouldn't change a thing with this one.

I am beginning to like her recipes more and more.... easy to make and very good! This one is just great! Very tropical tasting dish. So so yummy! Can't wait to make again. I also found frozen mango pieces in the organic freezer section so i used those instead of attempting to dice a fresh mango which can be tricky with the large core inside.

I left out the brown sugar and mango nectar, added a tablespoongood of garlicthe chile paste to balancehave out thethe sweetness from mangos, and used fresh diced tomatoes instead of canned sauce and tomatoes. Also, I seared the tilapia first on one side and then poured bbq mixture over the fish. With these modifications the tilapia was great and even has less calories!

Very tasty. I made a few changes to the cooking method but not the ingredients. I did not like the stewed appearance of the dish so I did not marinate the fish. I sauteed the fish first using the cooking spray (face side down to get a little brown crust. Then I flipped the fish, added the sauce ingredients to the pan and cooked until fish was done - this does not take long. I really liked the slightly crispy crust for flavor and appearance and I like the lightly cooked sauce, very fresh tasting. Try it this way, you will like it! BTW, you do not have to buy mango nectar...after you slice off the mango flesh, squeeze the remaining flesh that is on the pit and this will give you enough juice for the dish. I love mango so I use a whole one for this dish. Make sure your mango is nice and ripe.
