This recipe was "all right," the cook time is about half of that on the website. I would recommend adding some milk, alot of salt and pepper, white pepper and some dry basil to kick it up a notch, otherwise this dish comes out very bland. I also used the broccoli and cheese blend instead of the cornflour blend and it tastes the same (I couldnt find it in the stores.

This recipe was "okay." I changed it by using fresh cauliflower and Velveeta cheese instead. Six cups of cauliflower and 6oz of Velveeta raised the calorie count from 179 to 189 (based off hungry girl vs. mine. It lacked a little flavor so I added salt and pepper to taste, garlic salt, and worsheshire sauce. It turned out pretty good and my 3 year old loved it, an added bonus.

Other than the turkey not coming out 100% great my family liked it and any time I can sneak in a veggie like cauliflower it a winner.

I really loved the this dish I changed nothing in the recipe and found it very satisfying. No it is not the mac and cheese I grew up on; but for a healthy change I liked it and would make it again. I did use sea salt and pepper to season.

I have made many on-line chef's recipes. This was nasty. The texture of the turkey was gross. I attempted one bite and the whole thing went in the trash.

The only deviation I made from the original recipe was to gently fry the turkey, ketsup and onion mixture while my noodles boiled. I then added the cauliflower and cheese sauce (cooked according to directions in the microwave to the turkey mixture along with the cooked macaroni and laughing cow cheese and scallions. This was a very tasty low cal version of cheeseburger and mac and cheese.

Tried it this week and followed the recipes and it was awful! The suggestions sound good, I may try again but not anytime soon.

Okay so totally comfort food. This was a success for me because of everyones helpfull reviews. The changes I made were these: Browned chopped onion and garlic in a skillet added the ground turkey and browed it in skillet, mixed in ketchup, dijon mustard, and worsteshire sauce and black pepper. Put this in crock pot added 2 cups of whole wheat pasta shells (uncooked, 2 bags of birds eye steamfresh Brocc\cauli\carrots in cheese sauce. Stirred it all together. Set slow cooker on low. Stirred it after an hour. Cooked total of 3 hrs on low. Microwaved 4 swiss cheese wedges for 50 secs on med high heat to soften. Stirred cheese into everything and Mixed in a teaspoon of crushed red peper flakes and chives. I hope this will help someone. It is a tastey low cal dish.

I was very excited to try this out, being a mac n cheese lover....but it was awful! Very mushy and not at all tasty. I followed the recipe and even cooked it a bit under the recommend time. I will not try this again, I wasted food :(

I like the idea of this recipe but the end result was an entirely different story. I cooked it for less time than suggested so it wasn't mush as others have had. However, it tasted terrible. If I try it again I think I'll do what another reviewer suggested and cook it all in a skillet. That said, I'll have to be really hungry to try it again.
