This was great! I used left over bake potatoes, died them up and sauated them with mushrooms, after omelet was done cooking sprinkled cheese on top, omg, this was great and very easy to make! :- Thanks

This is the best omelet I've ever had. I have changed it up a few times, adding bleu cheese or topping it with avacado etc. but it is best just following the recipe as is. The only real change I have made is using 4 eggs and baking time is slightly shorter. Thanks, Ina
