I gave this three stars because it was just average. It wasn't so good that I want to make it again, but I have nothing bad to say about it either.

This is an excellent, tasty, time saver. You can make so many variations. I added a box of frozen chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed liquid out, chopped mushroom and about 1/4 taco cheese mix. I got rave reviews and it was enough for 3 days of breakfast for 2 people.

Yummmm! We used cheddar cheese and doubled the amount. We also added fresh mushrooms and diced tomatos. Definately a keeper! Next time I think I'll add some spinich and fresh onions.

Great recipe. Added broccoli to it and used chicken sausage instead.

Very Good. A keeper for sure. I made this with ham and cheddar instead of mozzarella and sausage and it was great. I also added some onion powder. Would be good with a dash of hot pepper sauce too. Great casserole for Christmas or New Year's Day

Made this for a birthday bunch. Quick and easy. Made it with 9 eggs instead of 4.
