    This was very tasty however like someone previous mentioned it wasn't as thick as I wanted it. The flavor was definately there. I added a can of quartered artichokes, and a can of of chopped diced tomatoes (drained very yum!

    This dish was DELICIOUS and so easy and quick to prepare. Was even better on Day 2 as leftovers because there is so much flavor! My husband said it was one of the best pasta dishes he's ever eaten. I will make this again!

    The whole family LOVED IT. The kids didn't even mind the mushrooms and spinach. A must try. I substitued the bite size chicken for shrimp for my young kids.

    All I can say is YUUUUMMMMMAZING! It felt like a fancy restaurant dish! I wish that I could give it 7 stars!! We doubled the spinach, otherwise followed the recipe verbatim. Be aware it does make a lot... approximatley 6-8 BIG servings.

    Admit that I am not a big fan of Paula's. However, this dish is so scrumptious, makes you moan when you it eat good, that I have to give her five stars! The flavor is spot on, and my husband and I pretended we were at an expensive restaurant as we were eating. Will definitely make this again and again, but will have to remember to wear my "fat pants" with the elastic waist.

    Fantastic! I made this for my parents and we all absolutely loved it. I used twice the spinach (per moms request and a little more cheese. Next time I'll use more mushrooms,too. Needless to say, there were NO leftovers! This one will be a 'sunday dinner' for whole family in the near future. Thank you Paula.

    This was rich, well-seasoned, and flavorful. I, too, cut the recipe in half without a problem. I will definitely make this again.

    This was outstanding and definitely company good. I added scallops and mussels as well....yum. I cut the recipe in half and it worked out fine.....not all recipes do. This is a keeper. Love ya all Paula!!!!

    This dish is DELICIOUS. I made it for me and my husband on a Wednesday and I tell ya, it was the perfect meal at the right time. My only suggestion is that you may want to start off with a cup of heavy cream and test the consistency then build as needed. YOU WILL BE MAKING THIS DISH AGAIN!
