I had only had sugar-snap peas raw, so when I got some in my Door-to-Door Organics box, I had no clue what to do with them. This was the first recipe I came across, and it is delicious and so simple! I will definitely get more peas and make it again!

Deliciously Fresh Taste. Sugar Snap Peas are readily avaiable Now late Summer.Simple, uncomplicated, using Best Flavour components. We leave salt off.The sweetness shines through either way.Agree to watch out for pesky 'strings'on one side of them.{Best to pull off as Ina advises}.
