WOW and WOW ! I made the Salmon tonight with the Balsamic glaze - IT WAS THE "BEST" Salmon ever. This glaze is AMAZING !!!!!! It was, like you said Giada - sweet and thick and PERFECT on the Salmon.
I did make the Edamame but could not get the snap peas. I served the edamame on the side. Cooked them (per package directed. Boil in salted water for 4-5 min. drained and cooled. THEN - sauted them in olive oil, shallots and garlic till tender. Had rice and husband's fav. corn! What a dinner - FANTASTIC !!!!!!!!!!!
I was going to make the Fusilli with Pecorano and spinach on the side but realized that's a whole nother meal!!! Will try tomorrow.

My husband, myself and our 1.5 year old son LOVED this salmon! We had sweet peas and edamame instead of the sugar snap peas and didn't have a shallot so that veggies weren't exactly what Giada prepared but the Salmon and balsamic glaze - DELISH! thanks Giada!

Wonderful way to make salmon! And the kids loved it! The balsamic glaze gave the salmon a little something to make it easy and wonderful to eat! Will make again and again!

East and very tasty recipe. However...made the glaze a little too early, and by the time the fish was cooked, the glaze had turned to black cement in the pan. Added some water, reheated slowly, stirring all the while, and it renewed itself. Don't make the glaze too soon.

I thought that the balsamic could use something else, so I added a little honey, and it made all of the difference. I thought i could make it in advanced, but it turned into a tar like substance when i tried to re-heat it up. I then made it another time cooking it when the fish was half way done cooking, and it was delicious.
