So awfully tasty and QUICK. I substituted a homemade-ish version of mascarpone (because it was 10 pm when I went to the store using heavy whipping cream, sour cream and cream cheese. The beau kept saying, "The sauce is really good..." all night long. We had leftover sauce, so I threw it on some spaghetti for lunch and I'm so happy. The sausage is what gets me -- sweet but still savory. Giada, you are my heroine.

this was excellent. I wasnt really sure about putting this on a baked potato but Im glad I rolled with it because its so delicious!! I also was nervous about jarred tomato sauce as I usually make mine from scratch but it still was so good and such a time saver and my kitchen was not a mess. This was so easy to make and very filling by its self. I will make this again for sure!

bet dish ever! I made this without some of the ingredients but still amazing. Used diced tomatoes and cream cheese and put a baguette with butter for dipping best thing ever!!! totally recommend making this !!

very easy and tasty - perfect for a weeknight meal, though if you do bake the potato in the oven, that takes 1 hour

note: I don't like cheese, so I omitted the marscapone & parmesan

I also put significantly more arugula than called for (eyeballed it so that the meat to veggie ratio was more balanced

This recipe was a HUGE hit! I have a very picky fiance and he went crazy over it. I have never cooked with mascarpone so after reading reviews I went with cream cheese instead. To be honest I was nervous but I was so pleased with the result! I also served with linguine instead of a potato. This will be a weekly dish!

The sauce was FANTASTIC! I decided at the last minute to serve it over pasta and made gnocchi with the potatoes instead. I am in love with this sauce. Thank you, Giada!!!

Easy and so tasty; I can tell this will be making it into the regular week night rotation! I used turkey italian sausage and it turned out amazing; completely lived up to the expectations I had after watching Giada make it. Thanks Giada for another winner!!
