I have been watching Food Network since i was a little girl and honestly Jeff's show was one of the first times I actually set my alarm clock so i wouldn't miss it!
I love sandwhiches and am super excited to see tons of ways to prepair them!! and kudos on using Mortadella, I love it and it's so hard to find people who actually use it in fun and different ways. I can't wait to see what else you come up with for years to come! Food network did a wonderful thing by adding you to their roster, hopefully you get more nighttime shows aswell, you're so easy to watch deffinately like a good friend just hanging out and cooking with! Good Luck in the future !

I believe Food Network has just placed my new favorite cooking show on the air. Jeff's point of view was something sorely missing from the network. His recipes for the premier were outstanding. As a novice cook who loves good food, I know many of his recipes will be made in my house for years to come.
Great Job Food Network in finding a true Sandwich King!

Just LOVED the show today. It was entertaining and very informative. Great job.
I made the fig sauce when the recipe was posted last week. It was fabulous. I made these sandwiches for lunch yesterday for 2 guests. Both said this was the best foccacia sandwich they ever had.
I will try the beef recipe this week. I like the idea of making my own relishes etc.

What a great show and what a great host!! Fig spread on a sandwich. Brilliant! We loved you through-out the competition, and the more we watched, the better you got. We especially liked the idea of using soft, spreadable cheese on sandwiches instead of the usual mustard or mayo. Looking forward to many more episodes!!

Congrats, Sandwich King! Enjoyed your first show a lot!!! You're like the "guy next door" -- down-to-earth and not at all intimidating. Really looking forward to trying the chuck roast sandwich. Loved your comment about the panini press (actually, I've seen them selling for about $30. : Well, relax, good luck, and above all -- have fun in your new venture!!!
