This is a awesome sandwich! I would have never thought to put dried figs on a sandwich, I've always just used them for cookies. I used asiago cheese since it's one of my favorites. I would recommend this recipe. I'm definitely going to add it to my favorite recipes collection. Thanks, Jeff! I can't wait to try out more of your recipes.
