Incredible tastes, easy, and great in smaller portions for a buffet

Yum! I loved learning how to make my own fig spread. Really tasty. I was a little nervous about the mortadella since it's not my favorite deli meat. It actually works really well, adds a bit of creaminess to the sandwich for me. Very good and easy. Make a lot of fig spread though. Will try to use for other sandwiches and cheese plates.

This sandwich was phenomenal!!! My husband and I rooted for Jeff from the very beginning and are absolutely thrilled that they finally got it right this time! This sandwich has so depth when it comes to flavor. Absolutely WONDERFUL!!! Congrats to Jeff!

I watch the show just to see how Jeff would handle his first show, we loved him in the competition. Little did we expect our mouths to be watering as we watched him cook. I ran out and bought the ingredients for his Mortadella and Fig Focaccianini and it was AMAZING. My Italian husband now has a new favorite sandwich

GREAT SANDWICH Jeff!!!! I know you already have a huge fan base. Great food and I can not wait to try more of what you have to offer. If you ever come out my way, you can stay at my house and try some new sandwiches on me and my family. :

My son said the Focaccianini was the best sandwich he ever tasted and already wants to have it again. I'd go a little lighter on the fig spread, but yup, it was was pretty darn tasty. Who would have ever thought THAT combo would work? Yum Yum Yum!
